GetTradeVera is a workspace for contractor records and reviewed business workflows. Estimates, AI output, market data, and generated documents require your review before customer use.
Plans & agreements
Plan inclusions and billing frequency are shown on Plans and at checkout. Enterprise scope and support commitments are established in the applicable agreement. Integration availability depends on account setup and verification. App access is currently limited to invited users.
Payments & records
Recording an external payment updates your business records; it does not transfer funds. Online collection is available only where the Payments page confirms that it is enabled.
Renewal & cancellation
Review the billing cycle and recurring total before checkout. Existing customers can open Account & Billing and the billing portal to review renewal dates and cancellation options. Check the confirmed effective date and remaining access after any change.
Billing questions & refund requests
Use the billing form in the app with your receipt or checkout reference. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel a subscription or issue a refund. The team reviews the purchase and applicable terms before confirming an outcome.
Support & account access
Use the support form in your GetTradeVera account. Account, billing and privacy changes require appropriate identity verification. A saved inquiry reference confirms storage, not a guaranteed response time.
