Privacy Policy

How GetTradeVera accesses, uses, stores and shares your information — and the choices available to you.

Last updated ·

GetTradeVera is a contractor business platform for AI-assisted estimating, customer and job management, proposals, invoices, field records and enabled business services. This policy explains how GetTradeVera accesses, uses, stores and shares information when you visit the website, use an account or interact with a business using the platform.

01

Information we collect

Account and business details include your email address, name and profile information, company details, workspace membership, role, language, region and preferences. Authentication services also process the information needed to verify your identity and maintain your session.

Workspace content includes customer and supplier contact details, project addresses, estimates, proposals, invoices, schedules, crew assignments, job notes, forms, support requests and other records you or authorized users submit.

If you use the Contact inquiry form, we store your name, reply email, selected topic, message and inquiry reference in a private operator inbox so GetTradeVera can review and respond. Submitting a reply email does not verify account ownership. Keep passwords, payment card details and private customer records out of the form.

Files and communications can include plans, documents, photographs, videos, voice recordings, transcribed text, AI prompts and generated results. Camera, microphone and location features use the information you choose to provide and any device permission you grant.

Billing and usage records include selected plans and services, subscription status, transaction references, invoice amounts, credit balances and usage. Payment card details are entered with the payment processor; GetTradeVera receives payment status and references used to manage access and records.

Technical services process connection and device information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, authentication events and error logs.

02

How we use information

GetTradeVera uses this information to create and secure accounts, apply workspace permissions, provide the workflows you request, save business records, generate estimates and documents, process approved AI requests, manage subscriptions and credits, respond to support requests, and investigate errors or misuse.

Account and service notifications use your registered contact details. Customer follow-ups, document sharing and social publication use the recipient, content and delivery settings approved in the relevant workflow. Saving a draft is not permission to send or publish it.

03

Google sign-in and connected Google services

If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive Google account identity information, including an account identifier and email address, and any name or profile information Google makes available with the permissions granted. We use that information to authenticate you, associate you with your GetTradeVera account and support account security. We do not receive your Google password.

Google sign-in alone does not grant access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events or other Google content. Optional connections are separate, require their own permissions and depend on the feature being available. Review the permission screen and the in-app explanation before connecting.

Where activated, connected Google features use authorized information for the action you select. Upcoming-calendar viewing is read-only. Separately reviewed Calendar workflows can create or update a linked event in your primary calendar, read its title, dates and guest responses, import reviewed changes into a job schedule, and send invitations to guests you approve. Background phase synchronization requires separate personal authorization and approval of each phase rule; it can read and update linked titles and dates while you are signed out. Guest notifications follow the reviewed rule. Connecting an account alone does not start synchronization, send an invitation or book an appointment.

For background Calendar access, we store your verified Google account identifier and email, encrypted access and refresh tokens, connection status, and the permissions granted. We retain linked-event identifiers, reviewed event details, synchronization baselines and request results to perform approved exchanges, detect conflicts and recover interrupted actions. Calendar data is exchanged with Google and processed by the hosting and storage services needed for these features. Calendar synchronization does not send Google Calendar data to AI generation services. Disconnecting background access removes its saved token material and pauses your rules; you can also revoke access in your Google Account. An exchange already sent may finish. Revocation does not delete existing job records, calendar events or completed transfers; request deletion through the privacy support process below.

Google account information is used for the sign-in and connected features described here, not as a customer advertising audience or a product for sale. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

AI processing

When you request an AI action, the prompt, selected files and relevant authorized workspace context needed for that action are sent to the configured AI processing service. Depending on the tool, this can include text, images, documents, recorded audio, video frames or transcriptions. Results and related usage records may be saved in your workspace.

Review the selected content before submission, remove information that is unnecessary, and follow any nonconfidential-content requirement shown for generated images, video or narration. Only submit material you have authority to use. AI outputs can contain errors and require review before a business decision, delivery or publication.

Google sign-in is separate from submitting content to an AI tool. Connecting an account is not an instruction to send all of that account’s content to AI.

05

When information is shared

Authorized team members can access records according to workspace membership, role and job access. A contractor can share approved information with a named customer through a portal or another enabled delivery workflow. Information you approve for a public listing, social post or other public destination can be viewed by that destination’s audience.

GetTradeVera uses service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, payment handling and enabled communications. Those services process the information needed to perform their respective functions. Your separately connected accounts receive the information required for the actions you authorize and are also subject to their providers’ policies.

Support personnel may review information you provide in a support request or information necessary to investigate an access, security or delivery problem. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet an applicable legal requirement or address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

06

Storage and security

Business records are stored with the application’s hosting and data services. The app checks authentication, workspace membership and permissions for protected operations. Ordinary workspace uploads use private storage and authorized temporary download links.

Some publication workflows explicitly require public media, such as an image approved for social publishing. Review those disclosures before uploading; material intentionally made public cannot be treated as a private workspace file.

Connections use HTTPS. Keep your device and account secure, use your own sign-in, and do not share passwords or access links intended for a named recipient. No internet service can guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.

07

Retention and deletion

Account, workspace and saved-result records are retained while they are needed to provide the service and maintain the business records you choose to keep. Retention depends on the record type, account activity, workspace instructions and any applicable accounting, security or legal obligations; there is not one automatic deletion period for every record.

To request account or personal-data deletion, use Contact → Customer support → Privacy & data request with your account email and the information concerned. We review identity, workspace authority and any retention obligation before acting, and explain any information that must be retained. Account closure, subscription cancellation and disconnecting a provider are different actions and do not automatically erase all workspace records.

Copies may remain in backups until their normal removal cycle or in records that must be retained. Messages, files, exports and public posts already sent to other people or services must also be managed with those recipients or services.

08

Your access and choices

You can review and correct information available to your workspace role, manage optional connections and device permissions, and request help with access, correction, deletion or other privacy concerns through Contact → Customer support → Privacy & data request. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply; tell us which request you want to make.

Eligible roles can export accessible workspace records from Security, with optional original files and a completeness report. An export can be partial and excludes provider-managed authentication, secrets and configuration. It is not a complete application recovery backup.

If a contractor or another business entered your information, contact that business about its use of your records; you can also contact GetTradeVera for help identifying the appropriate workspace process. We may need to verify your identity and authority without asking you to send passwords or payment card details.

09

Browser storage and performance information

Browser storage supports sign-in, language and display preferences, and recovery of supported workflows. You can clear it using your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove locally saved preferences or unfinished work.

The app samples loading times, responsiveness, layout movement and request timings from signed-in production visits. These reports use page categories and numeric measurements rather than customer names, record IDs, messages, prices or request contents. This performance monitoring respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and aggregate diagnostics are restricted to the platform owner.

10

International use and business responsibility

GetTradeVera serves business users in different countries. The services used to host, store and process information may operate outside your country. Contact us if your business needs information about processing locations or specific contractual requirements before submitting regulated or sensitive information.

Workspace owners are responsible for having authority to upload customer, employee and project information and for obtaining any permission required to record, share or publish it. GetTradeVera is designed for contractor and business use and is not directed to children.

11

Policy updates and contact

This policy may be updated as the service and its data practices change. The date below identifies the current version. Review the relevant in-app notice and permission request when enabling a new feature or connection.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Customer support form and choose Privacy & data request. Include enough information to identify the account or record, but do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details.
