If you have app access, sign in to GetTradeVera and open Contact → Customer support. Include the relevant account or inquiry reference and a description of the problem.
Open support in the app ↗Sign-in and app access are required. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the app’s login page.
Privacy & data requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, choose Privacy & data request in Customer support. We review identity, workspace authority and applicable retention obligations before making changes.
